This is "Teddy's Book" mentioned here: [link]
It belongs to teddy bear named Kiefer and consist 26 colored illustrations of this bear playing and doing various things. Colored pencils are used for illustration, with some addition of various mechanical pencils and in some cases, micro pen.
Eight of the illustrations are full-page ones, the rest have blank backgrounds. Book is 2.5cm x 2cm (2.4cm x 1.8 cm is the actual width of the pages, rest is cover), done with perfect binding and hardcover. Covers are hand painted/colored, too.

Teddy's Book by *Maylar is not just tiny, it also has beautiful small illustrations on every page. The deviant also made the mini teddy bear to go with the book! Maylar's work in the micro-world is going leaps & bounds. This piece, a book for Kiefer the bear is no exception to the excellent attention to detail & sheer quality of the binding & presentation of this miniature art.

Each page features a different illustration of the bear in question at play, each charming in their own right, but as a book - wonderful.

Maylar is the only artist I know of (although there may be others) specialising in this field & has many more wonders within her gallery. These books in particular have the potential to be very marketable, especially in the world of Doll's houses/miniatures - the question now is...can you go any smaller?

Second, I use special needles and the extra thin waxed thread I make myself for the sewing part...and the rest is basically like any other book :)
