Well, this is for Freeze Frame contest by :iconnikivandermosten: : [link] obviously, a "Spirited Away" frame ;)
Final version, darker, more detailed version of a WIP work I submitted before. This time all done in various sizes pencils and mechanical pencil, no mixed media like WIP of this was...used PS only to erase few spots kneaded eraser made, nothing more :)
Hope you like it :)

-jawdrop- Are you sure you did this using only pencils?? It looks like a real snapshot of the movie turned B&W then had noise added to it!

But, really, it's true. My first thought when I read your summary: '...It's hand drawn??? .____. ' I honestly can't do that! (yet) It must have taken you a LONG time to do this.

It takes me LONG time to reply, seemingly...sorry for that. Yes, it took some time (I think some six or eight hours, if I remember correctly), but not too long, as it isn't really big piece.
As for drawing...well, I know it is annoyingly boring to hear this probably for the umpteenth time from someone, but it is all practice. It is just work, work, work, until one day it turns out exactly how you wanted and that's about it, lol :)
