Leaving...Lying on the cold floor...
striped, bare skin against the rough boards,
so far away,
sinking into the world of her own...
Black and blue, bruised,
trying to forget moments she was used,
trying the put the pain away...
it lingers and stays.
She cringes and fight,
lying on that floor,
tighter wrapping herself into the lies,
sewing them together and wearing them like disguise,
she doesn't cry, she cares no more,
her mind now drifting on the distant shores…
She goes away...
There's a gate somewhere, called oblivion
and she's on her way to find it...
Better DaysYou dream about the better world
and there it is, all bright and beautiful
and completely out of grasp,
like a firefly flickering in the night
somewhere out of reach, somewhere on the tip of
your fingers...lingering.

You seek for the better days, for a better life,
selling dreams for mist, trading hopes for sand,
pleading for someone who will understand...
wishing someone to reach with helping hand,
wishing for a change...hoping...

You feel like a drifter,
stranded on the unknown shore,
thinking you can stand no more...wings broken,
wounds still bleeding, face tear-soaked,
tripping through the dark, knowing there's no road

Since the first Royal Book Of Oz was sold couple of months ago, I was thinking of making another one. Finally, I found the time, too, so... :)

This book is smaller than the first one, it is 1cm x 8mm big (0.39 x 0.31 inch) and has twenty green colored pages (hand-dyed, mix of mint tea and green India ink). Endpapers are also hand dyed, mix of Earl Grey and green Indian ink.

Gilding on the covers done in the gold paint and PVA.

Wow that is amazing that you made this! It so small, delicate, fine and detailed. O_O I can't believe it you can even turn the pages!

First, sorry for so late reply. Second, many thanks, I'm truly glad you like it :D
Third, to answer your question, it depends on the PoV. It's not the easiest book I ever made, but it is far from hardest. So I'll say something in the middle. And all my books are "real", meaning all have turnable pages and similar. If you like this, stay close...soon I'll submit the next book of silhouettes and the cover should be something in style similar to this :)
