A Phoenix token, made for my friend Karen ~phoenix-karenee
This is polymer clay piece and I used several different techniques on it, first making a faux bone, then transferring a hand painted image onto it and in the end, making an imitation of burning/pyrography. The result is pretty unique little token I believe.

It's beautiful! The effect of the faux bone and pyrography is really neat, and I love the simple, yet really effective border decoration. Also, phoenixes are just awesome. I love how the tail turns into flames!
