Description
Here's a peculiar little thing...this book is 8mm high and minus paper, everything is handmade, even the little silver glass moon in the down right corner...all of course by me. There's also a nice story behind this, but keep reading...
Book is filled with illustrations of moon changes (full set), but my camera didn't worked well with those, so I photographed only two pages. In future, there might be an update.
Why moon changes? Time for a nice story.
Few years ago, on my trip through Hungary, I met an old fortune teller. We got to know each other pretty well and talked about many things, including importance of moon changes in her job. In the end, I asked her to give me something as a souvenir and ended up with two things: an lovely crescent moon shaped pendant, which miniature replica you see as a bookmark on this book and a piece of the velveteen cloth she uses to cover her fortune telling crystal ball.
Well, making this book, I thought a lot about her, so decided to sacrifice a piece of that cloth for this. I trimmed it, until I got a fine velveteen dust, then mixed it with glue and that is with this book covers are covered
I told you it's a nice story, didn't I?
By the way, coin used for size reference here is a lucky coin of mine and I also got it from someone pretty peculiar himself, but...that's another story.
Hope you like this

How in the world do you make it so small? I'm not familiar with bookbinding, but I can tell it must have taken a lot of skill and patience to craft something like this. Do you use jeweler's equipment?
