Well, here it is, at last...the "Hell". Sorry for a low quality, my scanner still don't work, so this is a photo. Hope the people who waited this will be pleased with final result. Thank you all for support during this work ^-^
Update: Finally, I managed to take a better photo and contrast is much closer to original now. Also, I was able to make a bigger final version, so things are more visible now. Still quite grainy (and it's not in real life) and still far from perfect, but better than previous version. So, this is "Hell" bigger, longer and uncut.
This looks like quite the undertaking. There is a great detail of work here, lots of detail work. Do you plan something like this ahead of time, or do you work and build on it as you go?
I like detail like on the lower right, where there is an opening with things inside (eggs?).
It is great seeing intricate drawing where you can keep discovering new things in it.
I rarely plan something like this…maybe a theme or some distant feel about how it should look, but never the details. Here, definitely no plan. I just started and filled the paper, part by part. But, here, details cost me much…I earned actual fever from the hard work and couldn’t do anything else for two days. Yeah, I like that corner too, it surprised me…I thought about something completely different there, but this practically demanded to be there so I just listened to my inner voice. I love pictures/paintings/drawings with lots of things to discover too
