Among Starsby ~Maylar

Traditional Art / Drawings / Illustration / Storybook

This is barely more than a colored sketch and I'm afraid that's visible on few places (like stars...I'm not proud on stars here)...it was meant for nothing more than shorting the long hours of waiting for a train, couple of months ago.

But, few days ago, friend of mine saw it, liked it and decided to include it in her new book, as an illustration for poem "Tanya Among Stars". I'm quite thrilled about it, all though few not quite finished details continue to bug me.

Drawing is done in pencil and colored pencils (three: blue, red and yellow). There's few touch-ups with Photoshop (like adding a bit contrast and adding a vignette), but nothing more, so it's basically traditional.
